Arlene Elayda is the founder and Principal of AELAYDA IP. Arlene has worked in trade marks since 1987, initially with a multi-national company and has held senior trade mark positions in leading top tier law firms as well as two of the top intellectual property firms where she has worked with clients across a broad range of industries.

Arlene has extensive experience in all aspects of trade mark law and practice and deals with Australian and overseas trade mark filings and prosecutions, filing strategies, prosecution of trade mark removal actions and oppositions, and trade mark portfolio management. She also advises on the creation, adoption, use and enforcement of trade marks. She has practical experience in design registrations and also advises on labelling requirements, domain name and business name registrations.

Arlene is a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.  She is also a qualified overseas lawyer and university lecturer.
